Pecos Bill is one of our favorite quick service locations. The biggest draw here is the toppings bar! Once you get your item, take it over and load it up with all kinds of things, like: cheese, tomatoes, salsa, onions, sour cream, corn salsa, sauted peppers and onions or mushrooms, mild pepper rings, chipotle, verde sauce, and guacamole. (items subject to change) Seriously the best!
Things to Note: *You do not have to BE a kid to order off the kids menu! We like to get the kids nachos (comes with a side and drink), and we load it up at the toppings bar. This is usually plenty enough food (even for my teenage son) and it is easier on your pocketbook! 🙂 *Adult plates are very shareable as well. *I have heard that Guac is no longer available on the toppings bar…
